SHIPPING POLICY
Lab Processing Times All orders are prepared and packed directly in our Cape Coral Lab. Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to calibrate and pack your Enrichment Equipment before it is handed over to the carrier. During high-demand "Formula Drops," processing may take slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (USA only) We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
Shipping Rates & Methods

Standard Shipping: Usually via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS (depending on weight). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard domestic orders.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking Once your Lab Equipment has been cleared for dispatch, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
Shipping Protection & Responsibility Barks & Bones Dog Enrichment Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Address If a package is returned to the Lab due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
